Tammy Limbach, SEP
Tammy is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Rolfer, Rolf Movement Practitioner, registered Yoga Instructor, and soon-certified MDMA assisted therapist through MAPS. She was educated through Polaris Insight Center for ketamine assisted therapy. She believes that each person contains within them everything they need to heal and experience a fulfilling life.
Tammy has a passion for embodied knowing, the felt-sense experience of being alive, and ushering people back into a more comprehensive relationship to themselves. She began working in the field of mind-body awareness in 1999 when she started her study and teaching of yoga. She eventually led several yoga teacher-training programs and continues to support yoga schools with trauma education. Her curiosity of the body-mind connection led her to the Ida Rolf Institute where she received her certificate in Rolfing and Rolf Movement. Tammy rounded out her skillset by becoming a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and becoming more fluent with the nervous system and trauma’s impact. Her work emphasizes slowing down and paying attention to the innate intelligence of the body. Tammy is passionate about her work, her clients, nature, movement, laughing, and rich relationships.
