Andrea Himes is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor. She received her Master of Science in Professional Counseling at Mount Mary University. During that time, she specialized in trauma and addiction while supporting the community as an AODA volunteer.

Through a trauma-informed and attachment-based lens, she incorporates concepts of Psychodynamic and Internal Family Systems therapy. She utilizes a diverse set of techniques with a highlight on somatic experiences. Andrea has experience working at various levels of care including inpatient, residential, and outpatient and is EMDR trained.

After completing specialized Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy training, Andrea developed a passion for how psychedelic assisted therapy can help support the healing journey.
